To achieve this you will:Develop, plan, and execute a consistent digital marketing strategy by tracking overall economic patterns, monitoring shifts in online behavior, watching and understanding our customer base, and comparing with our competition.Own our digital presence from website to email marketing, to our digital ads.Coordinate SEO, SEM, and social efforts to optimize our results.Track and improve our marketing effectiveness and maximize our ROI.Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadershipApply a growth hacker mindset to our digital efforts, as well as influence and coach others to apply an experimental mindset.Design, execute, and hold collaborators accountable for our digital strategy and objectivesLead cross-functional efforts across digital marketing and web development to design digital components and campaigns to support demand generation and brand awareness strategiesIdentify trends and insights in order to optimize our spend with respect to objectivesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsWhat You Will Bring To Our Team10+ years of experience in digital, online, and social marketing.Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertisingAdvanced knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Data Studio, etc.)Working knowledge of ad serving, PPC tools on major search engine and social networks.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateCreating and maintaining relationships with marketing managers and other global field stakeholdersProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisScrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and change; ability to roll up sleeves to get things done with limited resources.Highly organized, able to work through complex problems, set priorities and diligently execute on commitments.Benefits We OfferMarket based compensation (salary, yearly bonus + equity)Career progression and internal mobility opportunitiesWork life balance through hybrid working model of 2 days a week in officeUnlimited PTO We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where people can bring their whole selves to work and feel a sense of belonging.
