The Patient Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of communications related initiatives.The Patient Marketing Coordinator must possess an organized, flexible, thoughtful and creative approach to communicating Privia's mission to our Patients. They will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically, be a reliable communicator, while assisting with the success of our Patient marketing and communications processes. This individual will collaborate with all teams at various levels of the company. We are looking for a self-starter who can work fast and smart, and is interested in tackling the challenging opportunities.Primary Job DutiesAssist in the logistics and execution/delivery process of standing patient communication campaigns and collateral (emails, texts, flyers, posters, mailed letters, postcards, etc) across all teams for standing patient communications and pilots (Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment, Quality Campaigns, etc)Assist in creation and distribution of standard call campaign / health awareness content to be utilized by Performance team Oversee logistics process for all transactional standing patient notifications (CMS, MDPCP beneficiary notifications, provider departures, Consumer Model reminders)Help maintain the Patient segment of the Marketing & Communications roadmap Send transactional Welcome/Portal adoption emails to new Care Centers Assist in monitoring analytics and create reports detailing the successes and opportunity areas of communications campaigns Prepare lists and coordinate large patient mailing projects with vendors; Work closely with marketing fulfillment and print services providers to serve as the production coordinator for all print materials for proof and quote development, mailing and shipping logistics, etc.Maintain our marketing communications platform by ensuring data accuracy and working with the Product Engineering and Creative teams to generate new templatesAssist with other patient marketing/communications duties as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, MarketingStrong writing and editing skills requiredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Captivate) preferredGraphic design experience preferredSalesforce experience preferredHealthcare industry knowledge and/or interest preferredMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsPhysical DemandsAbility to constantly remain in a stationary positionAbility to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printerAbility to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screenAbility to frequently communicate and exchange informationAbility to frequently adjust focusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.?Technical Requirements (for Remote Workers)In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
