Terms of Employment-Full-time, Permanent-100% Remote - OR - Hybrid-Competitive Compensation (Salary, Commission, Bonus, Benefits)-Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to Columbia, Maryland.Position Scope / ResponsibilitiesRecruiting / Sourcing:-Perform split desk / partial lifecycle recruiting for our clients' IT and business/administrative needs for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions through independent and VMS staffing programs. This includes sourcing for candidates on positions ranging from Software Engineers and Administrators to Business/Data Analysts and Accountants to Project and Program Managers, varying in seniority and skill levelsExternal Candidate Interaction:-Utilize phone, email, and social media interaction to strategically source qualified candidates using active and passive job boards as well as company and personal candidate pipelines-Coach and prepare candidates on best practices for successfully interviewing with client Hiring Managers-Negotiate candidates' compensation for client openings and extend offers to candidates accordingly based on those expectations once the candidate has completed interviewingAdministrative:-Regularly navigate Bullhorn ATS for providing a structure and up-to-date candidate database-Format job descriptions and creatively post openings on multiple job boards to entice prospective candidates on various rolesInternal Company Interaction:-Work cross-functionally with Client Relations and Human Resources departments.-Actively participate in weekly recruiting meetings and discussions as well as quarterly training sessions for honing, developing, and cultivating various recruiting skillsRequired Background / Skills-Bachelor's degree and recruiting/staffing industry experience in an agency recruiting model.-Demonstrated experience communicating via phone and email.-Competitive, hungry self-starter with an intrinsic motivation to be a high-performing individual.-Desire to consistently earn candidate placements and thus generate company revenue.-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to perform cold calling to prospective candidates to discuss job openings.-Experience with Internet research (LinkedIn, as an example).-Experience with MS Office Suite (specifically Word and basic Excel).-Experience with an email platform such as Gmail, MS Outlook, etc.Preferred Background / Skills-Experience with the Google Suite of productivity tools.-Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Taleo, etc., or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool such as SAP, Salesforce, etc.
