Industrial Electrician Direct Hire York, PA First Shift $20 to $27/hr Manpower is assisting a well-known company in York, PA has a DIRECT HIRE opening for an Industrial Electrician. This role is with a company that produces billions of plastic containers of all shapes & sizes, industrial & automotive parts each year. What's in it for you? The ideal candidate should have industrial electrician experience in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment. What is the job? 1. Builds machines from shop packets and schematics. 2. Drills and taps holes for mounting electrical components. 3. Performs various electrical calculations such as ohm's law, etc. 4. Uses tools such as volt ohm amp meters, wire strippers, and soldering iron. 5. Makes up wiring harnesses, installs conduit and pulls wires. 6. Wires and/or troubleshoots non-energized electrical equipment, cabinets and other components. 7. Communicates non-conformances and opportunities for improvement in compliance with ISO procedures when schematics and shop packets need to be corrected. 8.
