Aston Carter is now hiring for a Human Resources Generalist for our client in Dallastown, PA! Description: The Human Resources Generalist will be primarily responsible for recruiting and partnering with internal managers for hiring purposes. This position will gain more HR duties after converting to a direct employee. Job Duties - Primarily responsible for recruiting - Communicate with internal managers for hiring needs - Communicate with outside recruiting agencies on their candidates - Maintain applicants and open positions, and keep status of both - Conduct phone screens, interviews, offers, etc - Assist with onboarding and paperwork - Utilize an HRIS for data entry and running reports - Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Recruiting experience is required Full cycle recruitment HR systems experience Manufacturing industry experience is a plus About Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we're dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
