Job Details
This position will be 100% remote. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
Responsibilities:
- Guide local businesses through the certification process while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining consistent communication and engagement
- Assist in preparation of certification materials and maintain an updated database
- Manage regular orientations for new members to provide a comprehensive overview of program options for newly certified business owners
- Assist in marketing the benefits of program participation to constituencies, drafting related correspondence, and creating profiles of business owners
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a client relationship or business development field
- Exceptional attention to detail, in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on a team and in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CSM tools (Salesforce, iMIS, etc.) preferred
- Sales cycle experience a plus
