Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Operations Coordinator for our Home Assistance who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Operations Coordinator you will:
• Maintain reporting and employee requirements in EMR. Support management of employee conditions of employment (ie. Licensure and credentialing requires)
•Support payroll processing for the Home Assistance Division
•Coordinate employee on-boarding and annual In-service training. Conducting AHA orientation.
•Coordinate employee engagement initiatives for employee retention
•Business Development- attending community events, networking, building community relationships.
•Field Recruitment of CNAs - attending career/job fairs, disseminating information to school and certification programs, assisting with new hire recruitment (as needed)
•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:
•Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet) proficiency and experience required
•Able to creatively and effectively solve problems in a timely manner and with other team members
•Ability to get along well with individuals of various cultural and diverse backgrounds
•Ambitious attitude and determined dedication toward achieving personal and company goals
•Complete assignments accurately and timely
•Flexible as needed
•Basic knowledge of medical terminology
•Well developed sales ability
•Highschool Diploma or GED required BS preferred
•4 years office experience preferably in health-related area
