The team you'll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. Nokia is making key investments in product development, solution architectures and sales focused on the US Government market segment. Nokia Federal Solutions, (NFS) is a rapidly expanding company with an action-oriented culture that will serve as a mission partner to the US Government. The Channel Partner Sales Manager is aligned closely to the direct Account Management teams to understand and help achieve the overall goals with the partner and how our combined value propositions and selling points enhance the Nokia offer within the US Government marketplace. What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will be responsible for discovering and driving new opportunities with the partner and strategic customer sales reps to develop new Nokia based services within identified strategic customers and partners. Key responsibilities include: Calling on and developing Partners to help train, evangelize Nokia solutions, drive demand and leads, execute events, and support end user engagements when and where required Conduct Business Development activities by discovering and driving new opportunities with the partners and strategic customer Account Managers to develop new Nokia business within US Government market. Assisting partner in closing business - forecasting, sales planning, and joint selling with partner to drive revenue Must be capable of developing senior level customer executive relationships but comfortable working with all levels Contribule to a high-performance work environment, coordinating unity of effort and enabling all team members to perform at the highest level Note: Due to the requirements of the National Security Agreement, only US Citizens and holders of a valid Green Card are eligible for this position. Your skills and experience You must have: At least 7 years' experience selling into the US Government and working closely with the National Security community in either military, government, system integrator, or telecommunications Proven experience building customer relationships in the US Government community, while meeting term business targets in a competitive and highly complex marketplace. Experience creating innovative solutions and ideas that develop into complex network architectures that solve customer problems. It would be nice if you also had: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical area of study, or equivalent experience in military, government, or industry directly with the Government community. Master's degree is a plus. Experience or academic knowledge of wireline telecommunications technology including optics and IP routing Experience or academic knowledge of emerging wireless technologies and architectures Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
