We have a compelling opportunity for a Human Resource (HR) Administrator to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, Maryland. This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Responsibilities: * Executes and supports plans, designs, development and administration for human resources policies and procedures supporting personnel, manpower, and administrative functions with minimal supervision. * Partners with business operations and Directorates to ensure a complete understanding of business needs & objectives and resolve HR issues. * Gains and sustains awareness of Federal, Defense, and USAF personnel guidance and policies to ensure consistent, compliant execution. * Collects, aggregates, and analyzes personnel action execution and HR guidance/policy enabling full spectrum management and reporting on DC3''s HR program. * Conducts periodic reporting, and executes timely, complete, and accurate updates to the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). * Supports and executes personnel, manpower, and administrative plans, policies, and programs. * Manages and fulfills HR service request tickets in queue and ensures requests receive timely and responsive resolution of Human Resource Management, Workforce Development, and Training issues. * Contributes to development of standing operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD. Experience using the DCPDS. Experience with Federal, and/or DoD, and/or USAF HR policies and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and related software. Experience establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization. Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented problem solver who works well under pressure. Customer service professional. Active SECRET security clearance.Colorado Salary Minimum: $56,264.00 Colorado Salary Maximum:$120,286.40 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton''s total compensation package for employees.
