Responsibilities ADMINISTRATIVE * Oversees day-to-day workload of our online programs for the purpose of ensuring the completion of activities in an accurate and timely manner; * Acts on behalf of assigned administrator(s) in their absence (eg, questions, concerns, complaints) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required for their functions in a timely manner; * Composes a variety of documents (eg, social media posts, correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, reports) for the purpose of communicating information and/or creating documentation in conformance with established guidelines; * Collaborates with various internal and external parties (eg district and school personnel, parents, students, other school districts, community organizations, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to ensure the efficient, effective operations of the online campus and/or online program; * Collaborate with SIMS to support enrollment efforts for the school; and * Coordinates a variety of activities for the online staff staff and online students (eg school programs, graduations, scheduling classified/certified substitutes, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of facilities, staff, and/or equipment and delivering services in compliance with established district guidelines. FINANCIAL * Manages and documents banking, collection of cash, purchasing, payables, and fixed assets for the online program; and * Follows all employment processing procedures as established by Human Resources LEADERSHIP * Interacts with the online campus or online academy leadership team to assist with developing or revising school policies and procedures; * Serves as a point of reference on inquiries and problems associated with the business operations of the online campus and/or online academy; and * Helps develop policies that enhance the operations of the online campus and/or online academy; OPERATIONS * Orders, receives and distributes supplies for the online team and/or online students; * Follows payment and invoicing procedures as outlined by Finance department * Maintains vendor relationships; * Oversees inventory of curriculum materials that need to be mailed to homes or used during weekly in-person sessions with online students and online staff; * Works collaboratively with FPCS Technology Department to ensure online students and online staff have the technology needed for day to day teaching and learning; * Attends a variety of meetings and/or trainings (eg, software and required professional development training, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions; * Responsible for booking travel for online staff and online students; and * Acts as a liaison between online staff and the community office, including, but not limited to Site Services (security,food services, facilities maintenance, and copy services), Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Extended Learning, Technology, Sponsored Programs, Health Services, and Academics; Qualifications * Associate's degree or 48 hours of college credits required; Bachelor's degree preferred; * Relevant experience preferred; * Commitment to excellent customer service * Excellent written and oral communication skills; * Outstanding attention to detail; * Ability to manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment; * Commitment to providing every child a world-class education; * Knowledge of online services and programs is strongly preferred; FPCS's policy is to provide equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants and employees regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, veteran status, status as a special disabled veteran, or any other protected criteria as established by federal, state, or local laws.
