If selected, you may be expected to temporarily telework, even if your home is located outside the local commuting area. Once employees are permitted to return to the office, you will be expected to report to the duty station listed on this announcement within 30 calendar days. At that time, you may be eligible to request to continue to telework one or more days a pay period consistent with the Census Bureau's telework policy and approval from your supervisor.

This is a NON-BARGAINING unit position.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Program management and oversight directing staff in carrying out digital communications work, program management, and ad-hoc projects; coordinating with other directorates on project requirements, schedules, and implementation; implementing digital strategies and services to improve the customer experience across digital channels; directs activities to use customer-centered methodologies to improve digital content and data dissemination services.; advises senior management in new technologies and methods for digital engagement and data dissemination as part of integrated communications campaigns.

Education: Education cannot be substituted at this grade level.
