Youll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results, focuses on customer adoption while simultaneously mentoring and developing your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. It will be required that you are involved with your team, track sales activity, create and analyze metrics for forecast accuracy.As a member of the Prisma Cloud, Palo Alto Networks sales team, you will partner with the Prisma Cloud sales teams to leverage market adoption across all Federal Government. Were looking for an experienced Sales Leader with cybersecurity domain expertise who wants to make a formative impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Your ImpactResponsible for building and developing a team of quota carrying and lead generation sales professionalsOwn and drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region exceeding personal and team sales quotas and goalsReview weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leadersCoach, develop, and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while using our channel/partner networkBuild sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution and strategiesAttend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide your perspectiveWork closely with District Sales Managers on crafting business strategy to accomplish company goalsRequired to stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and competitive landscapesProven ability to bring disruptive innovation to the senior sales team and foster and promote a growth-mindsetYour ExperienceExceeding sales quota as a Federal Sales Manager, proven experience in hiring, developing and retaining successful sales talentStrong Experience and understand of the US Federal and SLED businessesAt least 7 years of experience selling Enterprise Security solutions: SOC security-based products (such as Malware/Exploit Prevention, Anti-Virus, White Listing, SIEM, and other techniques) or SAS, Behavior Analytic or Logging tools; preferably Subscription or SaaS solutions as a direct contributor - Solutions related to Security Operations / SIEM / SOAR or adjacent solutions focused on Data / ML and automation preferredDeep understanding of FSIs/channel partners and a channel centric go to market approachKnowledgeable in Complex Solution Sales methodology that you can translate and coach others in sophisticated 6-figure transaction sizes and greaterIn-depth knowledge of how specific agencies might leverage security solutions and able to help translate complex technical benefits to solve business problems; you will assist your team interfacing with technical and executive-level stakeholdersYou have a demonstrated passion for this space and you are excited about the prospect of scaling a new, emerging technology and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environmentBuilt strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teamsTravel as neededThe TeamOur sales team members work hand-in-hand with large organizations around the world to keep their digital environments protected.
