The firm is looking for a junior graphic designer who is motivated to output creative, professional work product while adhering to the brand standards set by the founding Principals and Director of Marketing & Design. As the junior graphic designer, you will be working directly under the Director of Marketing & Design and will be asked to produce at a high rate while ensuring accurate information and attention to detail. This position will have a strong focus on Social Media campaigns, proposals, and email marketing.Responsibilities:Follow brand standards created by the firm's Principals and Director of Marketing & Design.Work in already-created templates to assemble detailed Offering Memorandums (property marketing brochures) and Proposals in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.Implement Social Media and Email Marketing campaigns, analyze the results to determine success rates and continuously update strategies based on findings.Create graphics and strategies for Social Media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.Prepare graphics to be inserted into marketing materials such as Illustrator maps, demographic & neighborhood overviews, graphs, etc.Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop. Potential to visit properties with agents to take photographs.Answer phones and direct calls as needed.Skills Required:Must have a Bachelors in Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar.Must be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom.Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic knowledge of Excel. This position will be working in PowerPoint on a daily basis.Strong writing and editing skills, ie, spelling, grammar, punctuation.Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong attention to detail.Have the ability to create graphic concepts from start to finish that are modern, creative, but adhere to the deal story/vision of the company..Experience with real estate is a plus.This position has the ability to start as part-time and transition to full-time.
