This position is responsible for leading the hiring efforts tied to our Technical organizations. You'll be responsible for hiring top technical talent for roles tied to our Engineering team. We care deeply about quality hires, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnerships.

In this Role, you will:

• Identify, Source, and message the best of the best technical talent at all levels in Engineering, Product Development, and Cloud
• Build effective partnerships with Engineering business stakeholders. Shape outcomes with hiring based on data and market trends.
• Call and Assess candidates for role fit and ensure candidates experience a "white glove" level of service throughout their journey with Appian
• Partner with our amazing team of Sourcing recruiters. Brainstorm strategies to find the needle in the haystack"
• Think outside of the box and utilize creative marketing, sourcing strategies, and techniques to promote Appian as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a full life cycle recruiting role
• Experience recruiting for a software product company, specializing in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Interactive/UX
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and high growth environment
• Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition
• Proven success sourcing and hiring high level positions with niche skills sets
