Sr. Associate, Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) Team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a high level of self-awareness, strong attention to detail, a passion for technology and a curiosity for how things work.

What You'll Own:
  • You will focus on projects that are part of our key priorities
  • You will support moderate to large complex cross-departmental efforts
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • You will build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to understand processes and drive results
  • Facilitate internal meetings involving a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with communications, change management partners and other key stakeholders to support project efforts
  • You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent



Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Chief of Staff or Process Management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in agile delivery using Jira or Confluence



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), orLean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery using Jira or Confluence
  • At least 1 year working in the Financial Services industry
  • Proven track record of influencing skills and achieving results
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
