Manager, Process Management

The EDML Tech Chief of Staff office provides the essential support for our tower Leaders who are responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the strategic tech support in Enterprise Data, Staff Tech, and C4ML.

We are looking for a Manager who is detail oriented, resourceful and self-motivated to focus on key deliverables for the Finance Technology organization related to Budget Management, Vendor Management, Forecasting, Labor Tracking & Governance and ad hoc Analysis and Reporting.



What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support activities related to financial management, budget analysis and reporting including labor and vendor management
  • Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Develop, execute and validate processes that will drive operational excellence and support OneData Budget and Labor governance
  • Facilitate and support budget and vendor oversight and related processes, providing thought leadership to help identify improvements for budget and vendor performance management in support of departmental objectives
  • Lead and manage multiple activities related to our workforce strategy, associate and NAL headcount management, vendor analysis etc.
  • Design and produce metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness to be adopted and utilized across the organization
  • Create executive reporting that will provides transparency into Enterprise Data budget and staffing, enable efficiency and proactive responses
  • Drive process improvements aligned with desired outcomes that clear the way for all customers
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of deadlines and collaborate on adjustments as needed
  • Interpret business requirements to ensure deliverables meet expectations and appropriate planning is executed prior to the team starting the execution
  • Partner with project customers to provide tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Leverage problem solving skills to resolve and escalate issues to ensure project plans deliver on time, in scope and on budget
  • Be able to react seamlessly to change in priorities and delivery focus.


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience with Process Management or Project Management
  • At least 2 years of experience with Budget Analysis and Management
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Google suite products or Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of experience preparing presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Process Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience creating presentations for technology leadership and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills
