When you're changing the paradigm of how identity is attested and managed, developing the business requires a canny combination of empathy, evangelism and keen business sense. We're looking for a person with proven early stage B2C digital marketing experience who can help us explore and establish marketing strategies and define related implementation plans for the fast-growing Airside Digital Identity Network. The candidate should be a strong communicator who can communicate our vision and manage marketing for consumers. Success in this role will be measured by how effectively Airside can grow the consumer base of our identity network through traditional and non-traditional marketing, including website and mobile SEO/ASO, as well as social media channels. Key Responsibilities: Deploy consumer direct marketing strategy objectives, approach, and tactics and related consumer marketing campaigns. Focus on promoting both Airside Mobile Passport and Airside Digital ID mobile apps. Create a deep understanding of the digital identity journey and related audience analysis. Develop SEO/ASO strategy focused on raising consumer understanding of product value and intent to use within each journey. Manage social media from a marketing perspective, including influencer marketing Execute market research strategy and translate results into actionable plans. Oversee and manage consumer marketing campaigns both direct and with our partners Responsible for measuring campaign success based on quantitative and qualitative analysis including specific metrics and OKRs. About You: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or technology with 10 years working as a digital marketing professional, with early-stage B2C mobile app experience required. Experience in identity management for the travel, finance and/or health records segment is desirable. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to resourcefully get the job done within smaller organizations. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
