About the Role The Global Health Partnerships Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Product Marketing and will work closely with our Global Health Partnerships, Go-To-Market, Communications, Regulatory, Product, and Client Success teams to represent Zipline's story, impact, and mission in a compelling and accurate way to global health stakeholders, including the donor and NGO communities domestically and abroad, and US government contractors operating in development. The Global Health Partnerships Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the international donor, NGO, and USAID contracting landscape, articulating Zipline's value proposition as appropriate for each of these audiences, and executing on a strategy to reach and influence buyers and partners in those segments. The role is inherently multi-disciplinary and requires constant communication and collaboration across Zipline. What You'll Do As an expert in Zipline's product, buyers, and roadmap, set Zipline apart from other companies in the global health marketplace, particularly with donor organizations and public health government sponsors and prime contractors. Research and develop internal materials to further Zipline's understanding of the Global Health Partnerships team's target market, target audience, buyers and competitors. Materials may include: buyer personas, buyer journeys, etc. Drive the strategy and execution of go-to-market positioning and content in collaboration with Global Health Partnerships and Marketing teams to engage Zipline prospects, build our brand and further business development efforts. Develop and draft documentation (ie, info sheets and other print and digital collateral) and other communications that increase Zipline's visibility and thought leadership across the global health community. Collaborate with Global Health Partnership leadership in the development and delivery of: sales enablement tools and materials to improve the effectiveness of Zipline's global sales force; deal support, including slide decks, proposal material, and ad-hoc marketing assets; thought leadership and long form content including case studies, two-pagers, white papers and website content. Support the Marketing function with the development of messaging and materials as inputs to marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing. What You'll Bring Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or general marketing with time spent in international development and/or public health - working at or with foundations, bilateral or multilateral development institutions, or in healthcare delivery, health technology, healthcare logistics or similar Proven track record in developing, executing, and managing program or product launches Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation (M&E) contributions to global health, with an ability to translate impact data into digestible insights and stories for public consumption "Intrepreneur" outlook: a self-starter and collaborator focused on continuous improvement and ready to drive results within their market segment Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, concise, creative and compelling content on deadline that resonates with this unique group of global health partners and customers Additional Requirements Must be able to travel for work (up to 20% of the time, including travel to Africa). Must be eligible to work in the US.
