Principal, Platform Engineer (Remote - Eligible)

Our Customer Success team helps our customers automate and standardize their SDLC journey. As part of this team, you will partner with Capital One's Technology Lines of Business teams to drive adoption of the DevNav platform across the Capital One Enterprise. You will proactively guide technical adoption journeys and enable teams to deliver innovation to their end business users. You will work directly with our technology partners to identify opportunities to help grow and expand the DevNav Platform.

As part of the Customer Success team, you will be the primary strategy customer-facing role responsible for platform adoption success. This includes the management of joint success plans and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical objectives, partner with them to build a strategic joint success plan with identified objectives, milestones and measurable KPIs to achieve the outcomes.
  • Apply domain/technical knowledge of DevNav platform, best practices, and customer insights to remove blockers and lead key resources, internally and externally to proactively support customers' success plan.
  • Partner with customer-facing account teams and leadership on overall platform success.
  • Accelerate customer's journey and help to expand Net Promoter Score (NPS) of DevNav platform.
  • Engage regularly and develop deep relationships with customer stakeholders, including technical teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and competitive insights and act as a DevNav evangelist with customers, partners, and Capital One communities.
  • Improve the product and address customer issues by directly providing feedback to the DevNav engineering team.
  • Customer education/training

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Relationship Management experience
  • At least 3 years of facilitating business relationships and supporting customers


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience with large-scale software solution implementations
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience building, deploying, testing in AWS
  • Strong communication skills, including presentations and written documents.
