NCQA is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team and help advance digital solutions that help improve health care. This role will support Marketing and Communications strategies for key digital solutions and reporting products. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in identifying customer insights and contributing to the product roadmap, as well as developing messaging and the go-to-market strategy for products. This role must be able to understand and synthesize market trends and apply that knowledge to drive product and promotion decisions that support growth.The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the development, planning, and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that align and support the organization's strategic objectives. This role creates compelling and value-focused support materials including, but not limited to, presentations, promotional emails, fact sheets, sales sheets, capabilities brochures, talking points, and advertising copy to help support sales and product objectives.The Senior Marketing Specialist works in an environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate needs to excel at project management (balancing multiple projects at once and managing detailed timelines), understand and align marketing with customers and must be able to work as an integral cross functional team member.Primary Responsibilities:Work with marketing and product team to develop new strategies for product launches, building sales pipeline and meet sales goals.Work with product teams to provide customer insights and market segmentation data that supports product development and product launches.Assist with developing marketing plans for product launches.Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase brand awareness and support Marketing goals.Assist with market research and identifying trends to inform marketing strategy plans. Analyze market data to make decisions about product development.Develop marketing support materials, including print and digital, to communicate product information and value to customers.Make content updates to NCQA web properties, as neededPartner with the digital marketing team to assess the effectiveness of digital campaign efforts and report outcomes.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill marketing requests as needed. This includes providing an effortless experience for customers and excellent customer service.Develop and execute the Marketing Strategy plan for NCQA's digital products.Market digital products through emails, landing pages, social media channels, etc.Track effectiveness of campaigns and report out on results.Know digital product targets and execute to reach goals.Ad-hoc requests and support materials developed on an as needed basis.Serve as a collaborative member of the Marketing team, assisting with other marketing-related duties as assigned.Develop and update NCQA marketing best practices.Engage with customers and other stakeholders, as needed, to ensure adherence to brand standards and advertising guidelines.Assist is managing outside vendors and agencies.Effectively track and manage projects using project management software.Assist with supporting marketing operations improvements as needed.Other duties to help support the organization, as necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's degree (or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary requirements of this position).5+ years marketing experienceSuperior time management and organizational skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong understanding of measuring marketing success and ROI.Strong writing skills.Ability to execute to deadlines while under pressure.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesNCQA is a drug free workplace.
