The PM provides overall leadership and guidance of contractor personnel providing technical solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) for resilient, survivable systems and platforms that can operate in Anti-Access Area Denial (A2AD) and near peer conflict environments. The PM supervises all technical efforts and overall program performance of assigned contractor services focused on gaining and exploiting information, denying competitors those same advantages, and enabling effective, resilient, and rapid command and control throughout all operations and contingency plan phases.
