Main responsibilities include:Ensure proper training and supervision of all banquet line and prep cooks in order to provide a memorable culinary experience to all guests.Manage the daily production of culinary menu items for the Banquet events. Assist the Executive Chef and support the culinary team in daily production of menu items for Stars restaurant, Pursers Pub and In Room Dining when needed.Maintains detailed familiarity with all banquet menu items, specials, beverages, etc.Preferred qualifications:1. Must be eligible to work in the United States.2. Previous Food & Beverage management experience in fine dining preferred.3. Previous hotel restaurant experience is beneficial.4. The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.5.
