About The JobThe Growth Product Manager is responsible for delivering an amazing, highly-effective experience for customers - from landing page to launch to expansion - that fuels the growth of Opal. You will work closely with Marketing, Design, Data, Product Management, and Engineering to build a virtuous cycle of iteration that continuously drives the efficacy of our emerging Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions.About YouYou are a curious, self-driven individual who loves to continuously run data-driven experiments and uncover opportunities in pursuit of most effectively increasing the business' growth trajectory. You are obsessed with SaaS/PLG metrics, and understanding the why behind them, in order to generate the next set of experiments to run. Visit to learn why Opal is used by teams everywhere including Starbucks, Target, Minted, General Motors, Ikea and Zillow.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a product-led growth strategy with associated KPIs that supports the growth objectives of the businessBe the point person for "how's it going?"A' - understanding how we're tracking against KPIs and industry standard SaaS/PLG metrics, where and why we're over/under-performing, and how these results are affecting our plansCollaborate closely with Opal's Commercial team, especially the Sales and Marketing functions, to ensure objective alignment and to provide mutual supportWork with your team, and cross-functionally, to build out and improve the customer funnel and in-product initiatives that support your strategyMaintain a connection other Product managers to create synergy between the core product strategy and your growth strategyFrequently broadcast the results and learnings of experiments and initiatives to the organizationRequirementsSkills, Experience, Knowledge:Direct experience with Product-Led Growth motions and tactics at a SaaS organization.2+ years of related experience in Growth Product Management, combined with an equivalent undergraduate degree; or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent years of directly related work experience.Experience with data-driven approaches to Product Management and directly analyzing data to make decisions and form plans.Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels, especially with senior management of Sales, Design and Engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with regards to customers with the ability to convey technical concepts and product features in a relatable way.Strong commercial skills and ability to participate in sales negotiations and business decisions.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
