We are seeking a HR Shared Services Admin who will provide support to the employees, managers and HR Business Partners within a shared services model as we stand up our new HR Shared Services Center. This role will be responsible for data entry, new hire orientation, I-9 process, and HR policy interpretation. Works under the direction of the Manager, HR Operations Shared Services to ensure HR service and delivery is consistent and timely.Essential Functions of the job include but are not limited to:Responsible for accurate data entry into ADP for various transactions including but not limited to new hire set up, personnel changes for pay, promotion, status, hours, and out processing of terminationsComplete edits in a timely manner in HRIS system once receiving approved requestsCreation of memorandums to accompany various ADP changes, distribute to appropriate parties, collection of memos and file into personnel files to maintain complianceMaintenance of employee personnel filesProvide timely support to HR Business Partners, Compliance and other areas of HR during audits by reviewing information, retrieving files or documents and compiling necessary dataComplete employment verificationsComplete and respond to all unemployment claimsTotal process of I-9 verification in E-verifyConduct weekly new hire orientationAnswer email and phone inquiries and questions by accessing information our systems and resolve issues or direct to appropriate department/point of contactEngage with applicable stakeholders for resolution of complex casesDisplay working knowledge and understanding of the HR processes to answer employees questionsAid employees and managers in the navigation of our HR self-service resources and toolsBring forth opportunities for improvement of operations which result in enhancing the employee experienceAssist in identifying gaps and suggest ideas to streamline processes, policies, and proceduresDisplay confidentiality and protection of personnel data and information throughout all duties and assignmentsAssist in special projects as assignedRequirementsHS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred2-4 years' HR experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred with emphasis on HR operations/shared services and process, data entry/auditHR ticketing system experience is preferredPrior experience with HCM or HRIS system (ADP WFN preferred)Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail for data integrity managementAbility to manage several simultaneous tasks and competing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, influencing, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office; Advanced proficiency preferredExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsProficient in processing workflow, transactions and data changes in an HRIS system
