Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently recruiting for a temporary High Volume Recruiter (2-3 month assignment) to support our distribution center in LaVergne, TN; however this position is REMOTE. Our High Volume Recruiter partners with Operations Leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams in the execution of sourcing & recruiting methods for designated non-exempt and hourly open positions. The Recruiter conducts sourcing through the utilization of multiple social networking and candidate generation methods. They will be responsible for targeted recruiting efforts through partnerships with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team by utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.Our manufacturing & distribution teams are growing, and a strategic recruitment process is vital to our operations teams' success. If you are agile, driven, and eager to hit the ground running in a fast paced, growing environment, then this is the job for you!Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or enrolled in last semester of college pursuing a BA/BS1 year of high volume staffing for hourly positions within an operations environment (ie Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse)Preferred Skills:Passionate about engaging candidates for recruitment purposesAbility to represent ICG to a wide range of candidatesExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and locations within the companyKey Responsibilities:Work with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing methods associated with high-volume, hourly recruitment (IE data mining of social networking sites, job fairs and hiring managers).Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and preferred skill sets of candidatesDevelop and manage candidate experience from date of application to first day of employmentScreen and partner with others to assess candidates for job qualification and fit.Partner with Operations Leadership and HR support at operations facilities to manage open positions, forecasted needs, etc.Escalate recruiting strategy and methods to ensure adequate applicant flow to meet business staffing needs.Monitor and adjust recruiting strategy based on market and internal data; creating and implementing new recruitment ideas when neededThis list is not exhaustiveAdditional informationThe world is reading, and Ingram Content Group ("Ingram"A' ) connects people with content in all forms.
