Currently, we are seeking a Maryland attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join our medical malpractice team. The position offers a focused and driven attorney the opportunity to gain significant litigation, trial, and management skills. The attorney will have their own caseload and, working under the supervision of a partner, will quickly be responsible for managing all aspects of those cases (from investigation to trial). The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials; superior research, writing, and verbal skills; and a strong desire to learn and grow into a top-notch litigator. Candidates need not have specific medical malpractice experience, but they must have litigation experience, including significant deposition experience.The firm will be happy to provide a very competitive salary and benefits package to the ideal candidate.
