Regional Director Tracking Code 335-329 Job Description The Regional Director is a fully remote position that will be responsible for the Mid-South territory. Applicants should live in their territory and near a major airport. . Job Summary: The Regional Director, Center for Education and Financial Capability is an educational trainer, delivering dynamic educational workshops and presentations in person and online; content expert, assisting with the creation of financial education materials; and a financial coach, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions on topics of personal finance. This person works collaboratively with the Center for Education and Financial Capability Education Services, Pre-Law Services and Strategic Engagement teams to execute delivery of product and services to member law schools and partner organizations, their students and the graduate/professional and pre-law communities at large. Responsibilities and Duties: Establishes and maintains direct contact with member school and partner organizations within assigned region, including in-person visits, phone calls, webinars, emails and other written communications. Creates territory specific business plan to increase engagement with AccessLex products and services. Maintains contact management system (CMS) records, including updated contact information, event tracking and campaign participation Delivers personal finance workshops to prospective law school applicants, current law students and alumni in a friendly, knowledgeable and engaging manner (in-person and virtual). Conducts one-on-one loan counseling and/or other personal finance coaching sessions with prospective law school applicants, current law students and alumni (in-person and virtual). Serves as an integral part of the personal finance subject matter expert (SME) team, responsible for creating new content, workshops, tools, assessments and other program materials. Maintains knowledge of Company products and services and how they can be utilized for multiple purposes and audiences. Offers analysis and recommendations for new services and products that could benefit member schools and their students and recent alumni. Contributes to the development and quality control of new products, services, and communications for member schools and their students and recent alumni. Serves as company ambassador at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other assigned events. Maintains social media presence to promote Company, for lead development and nurturing, and other opportunities in collaboration with marketing. Keeps Director aware of any red flag issues in regions under his/her direction. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs). To succeed in the Regional Director, Center for Education and Financial Capability position, the candidate should possess the following KSAs: REQUIRED Superior attention to detail and superior organizational and time-management skills Superior writing, verbal communication, presentation and critical thinking skills Collaborative mindset; ability to give and receive feedback to improve products and services Computer proficiency, including experience with Web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools Experience conducting in-person, phone and online client meetings and presentations Passion and enthusiasm for financial capability Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) designation (obtainable within 6 months of employment) Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills PREFERRED Knowledge of or deep interest in the legal field, law school admissions, financial aid, student services, academic success, debt management, and legal career paths Knowledge of debt management, student loan programs, and applicable regulations Knowledge of student engagement and programming best practices Experience in the graduate and professional education sector Understanding of the impact of financial education on personal and organizational outcomes Expertise in personal finance content Knowledge of event planning and coordination and conference vending BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in education-related occupation; on-campus experience preferred 5+ years of experience in client management and relationship building preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: AccessLex Institute provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
