The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Human Resources (HR) team has a newly created position for a Senior Human Resources Operations Partner to support the Program Management (PM) and Safety and Quality (S&Q) HR teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive and diverse team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Program Management and Safety and Quality teams. Each group has unique HR needs, so we are looking for a proactive, strategic HR professional that has broad experiences to help enable the business. You will have a critical role in driving business value and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support while mentoring other HR teammates regularly. Position Responsibilities: Create and build organizational plans; partner with the HR Leaders on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives Assist the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) team as a broker for HR services in creating requirements for business support initiatives Support the business environment in partnership with the HRG team Lead insights/business strategy behind HRG projects Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRG team Lead the monthly HR Office hours for S&Q Leverage data and predictive people analytics to answer questions and drive out insight that supports the business Anticipate risks of misalignment between the function, business and enterprise priorities, and facilitate leaders through associated solutions and decision Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the HR leaders and HRG team Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings Review and track performance against priorities, business plans and budget Develop operating rhythm, communication plans, tracking status and own standard tools Oversee and project manage programs/events in support of the team including design, logistics, agenda planning, and standard operating rhythm Back up HRGs as necessary to support the business The successful candidate will also have several key attributes: Proactive and willing to lead initiatives across organizations Capability to project manage incoming actions and deliverables; operational efficiency Capability to foster successful business partnerships Strong independent critical thinking Positive communication skills Demonstrated analytical skills High level of initiative Capability to act in a lead capacity - demonstrated strength in leading teams, influencing, taking complex business challenges and creating and executing streamlined solutions Comfort in and preference for working in a dynamic and fast-paced matrixed environment with full autonomy and ability to make quick decisions Demonstrated success with driving and managing organizational integration and change management with positive results Navigate through complex situations and drive to efficient, effective and timely solutions Lead projects and work collaboratively across a diverse team This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement 5+ years of experience in leading and/or managing complex projects Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders (Directors and VPs) Typical Education & Experience: Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
