Responsibilities:
- Design and implement key programmatic components of the organizational design process
- Partner with Executive Leadership to overcome challenges by shaping and evaluating our operating model as well as future organizational strategies
- Develop strategies that are in line with our corporate
- strategy and changes in the external environment
- Deliver value through simple and effective solutions reflective of the organizations purpose, values, and intended business impacts
- Collaborate on organizational transformation efforts to identify and implement organizational design and effectiveness priorities
- Develop the Organizations leaders and Human Resource partners understanding of key organizational design concepts
- Own the communication strategy, and work with the respective business communications leaders to drive impactful communications
- Utilize data and analytics to provide insights into organizational design opportunities
- Conduct Organizational Design & Operating Model workshops to gain adoption of future organizational improvements and change management
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's in organizational design, business, or related field
- 10-12+ years of progressive HR experience, which includes a substantial portion of hands-on experience in organizational development and effectiveness
- Experience leading major operating model redesign projects
- Proven experience developing and translating high level plans into actionable roadmaps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of trends in thought leadership, and leading practices in Human Capital Strategy, Change Management, and Organizational Design methods
