Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an Robotic Process Automation, Associate (RPA Business Analyst) to support multiple federal government clients in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities
- Support a team in the design and deployment of automation solutions utilizing RPA and other tools such as artificial intelligence (AI) applications
- Document and analyze client financial and business processes for automation feasibility
- Develop strategies and recommendations for RPA-enabled solutions across various platforms
- Maintain and prioritize automation request pipeline
- Support client outreach, education and training on RPA solutions
- Support documentation including concepts of operations (CONOPS), proofs of concept (POC), return on investment (ROI) calculations, system security documentation, requirements documentation, briefings for change management boards and other project management documentation, as needed
- Support development of client RPA/AI demos and concept papers
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes
- 5+ years of performing business functional or system analysis
- Experience managing development efforts or performing analyses of complex business processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
- Strong project, risk, schedule, communication, change, and deliverable management skills
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Federal business processes
- Experience with RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Kofax, etc.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as those provided by Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and others
