Account Executive (Remote)

We are beyond excited to build a powerful team that will support Orum in its next stage of growth!The Account Executives are focused on landing new customers and driving new business. You'll own and manage the sales cycle to ensure Orum's growth within the commercial market. The role requires the ability to plan and strategize on prospective customer engagements, collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers to bring home new logos. We'll provide you the training to succeed and once fully ramped, you'll have in-depth knowledge of our technology and have enterprise software sales skills.The Account Executive position will have ownership over all elements of bookings growth. This includes prospecting, Champion building, generating opportunities, managing Pilots, and closing net new business. AE's are quota-driven and represent ORUM in the field.SalaryOTE of $160,000 - $220,000 at plan. If you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.Requirements2+ years experience in a quota-carrying role selling to mid-market, commercial, or enterpriseYou nail sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)You're an excellent writer and speakerYou don't need someone to look over your shoulder or light a fire under you, in short, you're a rockstar and self-starterNice to havesSuccessfully selling to sales and marketing leadersIf you've been a top-performing SDR before or have experience doing sales development in a growth stage startup, that's a big plusExperience w/ MEDDIC is helpful but we care more that you're a quick learner, not that you've used this specific methodology.
