Visit unitedurology.Com to learn more.The HR Generalist provides professional human resources support and coordination in core areas of recruitment and staffing, training, compensation, employee relations, and record keeping/compliance.Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.Phone screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills, and soft skills.Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, arranging interviews and providing travel arrangements as necessary. Make hiring recommendations when appropriate.Prepare and maintain employment records in HRIS.Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.Data entry/setup/maintenance into HRIS and ensure data integrity of HR information and proper workflow.Provide functional support to other areas of Human Resources to include Training and Development, Employee Relations and Compensation.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering policies and helping resolve work-related problems.Provide current employees with information about policies, employee benefits, wages, and opportunities for promotion.Assist Director with creation of job descriptions and compensation evaluations for newly created roles.Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Assist with the development and management of training materials for courses.Partner with other HR team members to conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Conduct or arrange for ongoing training and personal development classes for staff members.Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.Perform other office duties as assigned by manager.Keywords: Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, UUG1Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Healthcare Administration.Minimum of three years of progressive human resources experience.Experience in recruiting and training facilitation.Experience in employee relations a plus.Excellent leadership, problem solving, team building, and decision making skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficient computer software and database skills.Strong math and analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
