Their research-based social-emotional learning programs help millions of children every year stay safe, respect themselves and others, succeed in school today, and build a better world for tomorrow.Committee for Children is seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Manager to improve overall sales productivity and effectiveness of the Education Partnership (EP) team. This remote role is responsible for planning, development, administration, and management and of systems, training, and processes that support CFC's sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-level strategic sales objectives and sales-related goals.Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement improved processes, tools and supports that enable the sales team to work more effectivelyDrive CRM enhancements for sales team, partnering with business systems, analytics, and technology teams to create strategies and solutions for sales effectivenessWork with the sales/marketing analyst to define, track and analyze key performance areas (eg pipeline data, win/loss rates, renewals, quota attainment) to make recommendationsCollaborate with the marketing team to define lead qualification process, support quarterly EP email campaigns, and analyze campaign performance Partner with EP Director, Finance and HR to develop and maintain sales incentive programs, quarterly and annual KPI tracking, and related documentationCreate and maintain sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, new hire onboarding, product training, procedures, and policiesAssist with onboarding and training new sales team members, to include sales operations, program training, CRM setup and usage, and various other resources and toolsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Client Success & Support, and other teamsPreferred QualificationsProven track record in a sales operation role creating programs and processesDeep CRM knowledge and ability to optimize for sales solutions (NetSuite Preferred)Experience in supporting SaaS, software, or technology salesConfident with onboarding, training, and mentoring a sales teamExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization and make recommendations for process improvementCapability to work and collaborate remotely Demonstrate a commitment to CFC's Mission, NorthStar goal, Values and Equity Statement, and the inclusive culture of the organizationFor more than 40 years, Committee for Children has been helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
