Product Manager - Business Travel Management Onriva is on the verge of revolutionizing the travel industry with its disruptive AI powered technology, NDC, real-time data intelligence, instantaneous global access to hundreds of suppliers. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial and innovative Product Managers who value moving quickly and can help innovate and coherently drive product initiatives across the company. You will lead and drive large projects of high impact. As a Senior member, you will be leading the vision for your product area alongside your product and engineering counterparts. We expect you to deeply understand what the needs of our users are and what drives them, and the goals of the product, both for the customer and for the business. Responsibilities A' . Develop a next-generation Corporate Travel Management product portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, Company Onboarding, account management, Duty of Care, Reporting, Customer Success, and more. A' . Drive product initiatives from concept through launch. A' . Translate customer needs into product requirements and document use cases and specifications. A' . Work closely with sales, user experience, and engineering teams to co-define and ensure timely delivery of quality products. A' . Analyze the marketplace, customers, and competitors to determine the right products and benefits. A' . Define product requirements and user stories, maintain product backlog. A' . Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executives. RequirementsA' . A person with a strong product expertise, and user obsession and empathy. A' . 5+ years of product management experience developing travel products, technologies, and platforms. A' . Demonstrated success in defining and building products that win their markets - a strong executor.A' . Demonstrated experience leading through influence to align executive teams and diverse stakeholders towards a clear product strategy A' . Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution. A' . Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
