Manager of Partner Recruiting For the New York, Washington, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, or Chicago Offices of a National Law Firm Responsibilities include: Collaborate and consult closely as a team with the firm leadership to execute on the firm's strategic growth goals and partner recruiting initiatives, onboarding, and integration processes; Review and negotiate fee proposals and service agreements, and engage recruiters in the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of lateral partner candidates; Consult with internal branding and marketing professionals to create effective marketing materials to support the firm's lateral partner recruiting objectives; Manage candidate meeting experience and travel, including interviewer preparations, prep calls, summary of feedback, analysis and organization of supporting documents, and the preparation of offer letters; Work closely with the client intake team to execute the firm's due diligence process; review conflicts reports and coordinate internal follow-up; Perform focused market research projects. Qualifications include: 5-10 years of recruiting experience in the law firm industry; Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the Firm; Thrives in a team-oriented environment; works collaboratively and collegially; Client service oriented and can effectively interface with the executive leadership of the Firm; Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and follows up regularly and appropriately; Must be willing to work extended hours; some evening and weekend support is required occasionally based on business demands. inquire about this position | email a friend | back to job search results
