Responsible for supporting the year edit auditing and payroll processing for the HR team. Organize personnel files and assist in clearing exempt PTO discrepancies and employee benefit reconciliations in the ADP system. Analyze and report inconsistencies to the HR team. Prepare documents for distribute in 2022 which include onboarding, employee benefits, taxes and payroll updates, exempt employee contract updates, and company standard updates. Provides general administrative support and assists with additional project initiatives as assigned. Experience & Qualifications 10 years of Human Resource or combination of HR and project management experience. 1-2 years of year-end project management experience; including payroll & W-2 processing, accrual assessment, and culture/operations experience is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational skills Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment Comfortable with or willingness to learn project management tools. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills . Familiarity with ADP preferred or similar HRIS software required.
