Title: Director of FP&A KBR-National Security Technology Group is seeking a Director of Financial Planning Analysis to join our team of dedicated professionals. The selected individual will support KBR- National Security Technology's Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department. The FP&A department is responsible for Reporting and Analysis, Financial Forecasts, and Treasury functions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Support the Monthly Reporting Process by performing assigned tasks to assist in generating reports and analyzing variances to budgets and forecasts Support the Financial Forecast process by performing assigned tasks to consolidate business unit revenue forecasts and maintain operating expense forecasts Take the lead on preparing annual budgets Support the Pricing team by assisting in the development of pricing models to support proposals Take part in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience monitoring and maintaining budgets at the project, program, and office levels Outstanding Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including complex excel modeling Experience with management of subcontractor financial reporting Prior strategic planning and long-term planning experience Strong experience in supporting central corporate functions as well as Lines of Businesses/Business Units Very strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to proactively and accurately analyze financial data to make recommendations Good oral and written communication skills Experience with Costpoint and/or Unanet is a plus Security Requirements: Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI) preferred In compliance with the US federal government's vaccine mandate, only candidates who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a reasonable accommodation or approved medical exception will be considered for this position.
