Primary Focus Cayuse Talent Solutions LLC is is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, support our talent acquisition efforts, and build a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs. The successful candidate will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for engineering and technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements T his position is remote and will support our current customers and new business that we bring onboard. Duties Conduct sourcing and outreach methodologies utilizing online professional social sites, resume databases, internet research, internal referral program, and the company's internal applicant tracking system database Manage a workload of reqs and support your assigned managers Partner with hiring managers to conduct workforce planning, shape and qualify requisitions and build compelling job descriptions. Look beyond the applications and find the best candidates for our organization, leveraging multiple technologies and creative outlets. Gather requested information from potential candidates; letters of commitment, non-disclosure agreements, and/or obtain copies of any specialized certifications Post positions, manage incoming applications and incomplete applications, and keep accurate records of all communication with applicants via the Applicant Tracking System Be open to having a flexible work schedule based on your clients needs and deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience full cycle recruiting Experience with using sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, direct networking, alumni associations, and innovative means to access talent Ample experience in the recruitment of candidates with US Government security clearances and work visas. Demonstrated deep technical knowledge of advanced recruiting techniques, including standard and non-standard recruiting methods, internet mining, direct sourcing, and networking with referrals for leads. A track record of strong performance against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates.
