Navigate the requirements of our business units and markets as we invest in growing our sales team and also building bench strength at all levels with targeted hiring. Own and drive the candidate life cycle for Sales roles to ensure a high touch candidate experience. Manage complex scheduling during the interview process, moving with urgency and keeping all parties apprised of the status of positions being supported. Work closely with business and sales leaders across the organization to identify and hire top talent at various stages of career maturity. Source and identify passive candidates to help build organization capabilities and bench strength. Using knowledge of the culture and business priorities, build a pool of potential future candidates that could be a fit for roles as the company expands. Design and lead informational and recruiting events to attract talent and drive employment branding. Work closely with HR leaders of Unison Risk portfolio companies, Hiring Managers, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates. Advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and effective workforce planning to reach hiring targets. Drive a focus on diverse hiring strategies. Identify new channels to source talent and utilize new technology to attract and engage an ongoing pipeline of candidates. Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems. Qualified Candidate will have: 4+ years of Sales and Management Recruiting experience, preferably in Professional Services. A mix of agency and in-house experience a plus. Insurance carrier or Broker experience is a plus. Experience working in a high-growth environment. Strong attention to detail, consistently delivering high quality work. Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and self-manage while supporting one of the fastest growing functions across the enterprise. Able to work on a small but highly effective team and willing to grow with us. Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and states preferred. High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
