MANDATORY SKILLS: 14 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR 18 years total of software development experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelors degree. Required Skills/Qualifications (What You Must Have): An Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Technical Experience: At least fourteen (14) years in software development/engineering including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. The individual must be able to communicate directions and provide guidance to junior programmer/analysts, as required. At least ten (10) years of experience developing web applications using HTML and Javascipt. Knowledge of backbone.js or vue.js. Experience maintaining a user focused web application. Familiar with messaging, such as JMS and REST interfaces. Experience using Git, Maven, Nexus, and NPM. Experience with Shell Scripting (Linux Bash) Experience designing and conducting software tests; including Unit, Integration, and System tests using Junit Experience with Linux (basic system administration knowledge) Experience responding to user issues Excellent organizational skills to keep track of emails and tickets Good interpersonal skills.
