The KI Concerts division of Headfirst Companies is seeking a data-driven marketer to join our growing team during a time of innovation and growth for the business, which produces international performance tours for musical ensembles.The KI Concerts Marketing Associate will play an integral role on the marketing team at Headfirst Companies. This individual will work as a full-time employee in the Washington, DC headquarters office of Headfirst Companies, with potential intermittent travel to KI Concerts divisional HQ in Colorado Springs, CO. This role will work across all aspects of the KI Concerts divisional business, including, but not limited to, marketing campaign execution, database management, reporting and analytics, content development, and project management. The ideal KI Concerts Marketing Associate is driven by equal parts creativity, growth, and data, and possess outstanding communications skills. The Marketing Associate must be a phenomenal problem solver and should be motivated by the growth opportunities in front of them. Success in this role will be achieved by taking initiative, bringing new ideas to the table, paying close attention to detail, and having strong business acumen. Peak Acquisition SeasonsDigital Marketing & Customer CommunicationsManage the email prospect funnel from interest to meeting with sales.Execute the division s email communications strategy and annual calendar with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversions.Schedule and deploy emails in the Pardot platform to our core KI Concerts segmented audiences of choral and instrumental ensemble directors and administrators.Report weekly on email performance and results using Pardot export and analytic tools.Contribute to email content, design, and functionality.Identify and create new opportunities to grow the database of potential customers including event sponsorships, conference participation, digital targeting, and other third-party partnerships.Expand and own the KI Concerts social media quarterly calendar to build the KI Concerts social media brand following and launch the brand on new platforms and channels.Build and schedule weekly social media posts, boosts, and paid advertisements on our key platforms using a third-party scheduling tool.Liaise with management to develop and launch social media campaigns aimed to source new business.Report on social media analytics and be able to offer insights to management to inform decisions and future strategies.Database Management & ReportingTrack and manage new and existing leads and their journey through the funnel with data entry, source tagging, funnel stage identification, and large data set imports.Create and send performance tour brochures and prospectuses in Qwilr platform to nurture qualified leads and track engagement and interest prior to sales handoff.Create queries to generate exports from our database for use in email marketing campaigns and import new leads into our database.Contribute to and support the migration of our existing database to a new CRM.Create monthly leads reporting and present to internal key stakeholders.CopywritingContribute content to the KI Concerts blog and be able to offer new topic ideas around current events, industry trends, competitive research, and data insights.Support management by revising and editing new forms of thought leadership content including but not limited to articles, podcasts, journals, and video.Manage ongoing website copy and creative updates using WordPress.Peak Planning SeasonsMarketing Campaign DevelopmentAssess email and social media analytics bi-annually to develop metrics reports and present findings to internal key stakeholders to inform annual campaign strategy.Create and monitor quantitative and qualitative digital marketing goals and KPIs to drive new business growth and support sales goals.Liaise with management to build launch plan for annual festival tours and new offerings.Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.1 - 2 years of professional post-college work experience.Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Must be extremely comfortable interacting via email and in-person with potential clients, third-party vendors, and internal key stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in database management or data analytics viewed favorably. Marketing and/or digital communications experience viewed favorably.
