As an HR Recruiter for the restricted customer, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and presenting offers to qualified candidates for employment with a specific division of the customer organization in support of the mission! Click APPLY to be contacted about this position What You Will Be Doing: * Reviewing applicant resumes, conducting hiring blitzes/events internally and externally across the US, and issuing recommendations for Conditional Offers of Employment. * Meeting with each recruiter to discuss the requirements for the highest priority occupations and developing search parameters to identify potential candidates that meet specific needs for each occupational requirement. * Conducting searches from an external location and developing a pool of potential candidates that indicate experience in the very specific needs for each occupation. * Presenting the pool of potential candidates to the Lead Recruiter for review at the internal office location. * With the Lead Recruiter's concurrence on potential applicants, making initial contact with the individuals and conducting a preliminary assessment of their suitability for employment within each occupation through an approved phone interview script. * Producing a written assessment of the screening. * Tracking and providing regular feedback on search findings and making recommendations on search parameter adjustments based on findings and trends. * Tracking metrics to include: number of qualified individuals identified; number of individuals selected by the Recruiters to pursue; number of calls made to each selected individual; number of individuals to successfully apply; and number of sourced individuals presented with a Conditional Offer of Employment (COE). * Keeping active notes relating to any/all contact with each individual to provide to the Recruiters and potentially management. * Tracking trends and observations to provide feedback. * Providing input into the development of sourcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identifying potential areas for sourcing improvements. * Knowing, interpreting, and following the strict security and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and guidelines for sourcing and applicant contact, and interfacing with appropriate points of contact to ensure compliance. * Reviewing sourced information and making initial recommendations. * Conducting preliminary phone screenings of approved applicants. Must Have: * MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances. * Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Must have experience using industry standard sourcing techniques such as Boolean search strings, search engines, Linkedin, etc. * 5+ years' experience in identifying talent and candidate sourcing. * Experience in applicant contact and using applicant tracking systems.
