The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the ropes of the financial service needed for effective wealth management to help our clients achieve their monetary goals. Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goalsQualifications Communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor is desired. Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus Someone who builds relationships centered on trust, open communication, and transparency. The courage and ability to have difficult conversations when needed. A commitment to ongoing learning, including staying current on financial news, laws, and the impacts on their clients. Someone who is proactive and focused on providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and servicesUse a CRM to organize each client's financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial planImplement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professionalParticipate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to client risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to offering sound financial adviceAssess each client's potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offerQualifications:Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity Must have effective relationship management skillsMust have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
