Due to growth, they are looking for a part time AP Clerk to support their accounting team Company offers free parking to its employees and has a deli in the building! This position will begin immediately for the selected candidate Position is 100% in office in Gaithersburg, MD to start. Opportunity for remote work after training Schedule: 8:30AM-5:30PM 3 days, 24 hours per week. Monday-Wednesday; 5 day weekend, EVERY WEEKEND! Job Duties: Monitoring the AP inbox Pulling invoices Setting up vendors in the ERP system Matching purchase orders Entering invoices for approval Ideal Candidate for this Position: Candidates must have exceptional organizational time management skills Strong communication skills and enjoys working with others Able to understand and interpret policies and regulations and prepare documents in response to complaints and inquiries Has knowledge of accounting systems, basic math, and is tech savvy Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk: 2-3 years of accounts payable experience required Large ERP or Sage Intacct experience preferred #CFSMAY2022
