Full-Time located in Arlington, VA; during COVID restrictions - telework In this position you will provide project management, business financial management and administrative support to federal research and development agencies. You will be supporting the development and execution of research and development projects. Your typical activities will include program management and progress tracking, financial analysis, contracts management support, document coordination, meeting coordination and advanced administrative support. Additionally you will also develop and update program documents, funding documents, briefings and presentations. Work will be performed with a cross-functional team that delivers high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Position Requirements:* 5-7 years of experience in project, business and financial management* Secret Clearance required, TS/SCI preferred* BA/BS degree (degree in Finance, accounting, business or related area is highly desired.)* Must be proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Demonstrate strong data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills.* Experience with managing project schedules, risk and budgets.* Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).* Attention to detail on assignments of a varied, diverse and a sometimes difficult nature.* Able to manage multiple and concurrent projects under tight deadlines.* Must be flexible, adaptable and team oriented.* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:* Experience providing analysis and support to research and development efforts is preferred.* Experience working on-site with Government client/agency is strongly preferred.* Experience with government contracting is highly desirable.* PMP Certification is a plus. Current procedures such as daily check-in via email and telephonic/video meetings are required.
