We're looking for experienced and highly-motivated sales professionals to join our growing sales team. This position will be responsible for driving new business and upselling existing accounts within select territories and DMAs with the support of a Business Development Associate.What You'll DoDrive customer adoption of the Upside platform, services, and solutions to prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizationsBecome a two sided marketplace expert to effectively explain how Upside delivers value to our customersImplement and launch Upside with clients and ensure strong and consistent relationshipsHit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets (quota-carrying role)Maintain an accurate and predictable pipeline in Salesforce More Specifically, You'llStrategically map out prospects and opportunities in a geographic territoryManage and work with a Business Development Associate to delegate prospecting and closing activities within an assigned territorySource and contact new sales prospects to book appointments for product demonstrationsDeliver sales pitches and product demonstrations virtually, in person and in group presentation formatUse data to communicate value and opportunity throughout your sales processPartner with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities with existing clientsAttend industry events to network with prospects and promote Upside's solutionsOwn your numbers - consistently meeting and exceeding your activity goals to build a fruitful pipeline that will provide consistent quota attainmentWhat You Need10+ years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing in a technology environmentSuccessful track record of achieving/exceeding quotasAbility to adapt, overcome objections, and present solutionsA great teammate that thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environmentExperience operating sales technology tools, such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Outreach, Gong, etc.Confident, eloquent, and effective public-speaking skills, with the ability to speak to both formal and casual audiencesPassion for your own professional and self-developmentWillingness to travel up to 25% post-COVIDBachelor's degree or higher preferredThe Fine PrintNotice to recruiters and placement agencies: This is an in-house search.
