Hillcrest Children and Family Center is seeking an intake assessor to conduct intake assessment (aka: diagnostic assessments or bio-psycho-socials) on a full time basis. Intake Assessor is expected to produce 20-22 hours of billable a week. Workload will include a combination of Assessments, referrals, care-coordination, and case-consultation. The assessor is expected to complete 8-10 assessments a week. Participate in case consultation meetings and collaborate with departments to provide a smooth smooth transition from intake to the date of first service. Provide telehealth intake services for consumers and agencies throughout the city. Attend supervision, case- coordination meetings weekly for adults and children. Complete Treatment plans, Assessment Tools, billable and non-billable notes, Crisis Plan, LOCUS, CAFAS, and Diagnosis. Complete at least 2 assessment per-year or as needed for each consumer. Conduct reassessments for returning and current consumers in need of service review and discharge. Hillcrest is seeking licensed clinicians for the position of Trauma Therapist.. **Candidates must have one of the following District of Columbia certifications: LICSW, LPC, LGPC or LGSW**. Completes assessments, intake evaluations, outpatient assessments, person-centered treatment plans, family/individual therapy; and assists in program development and implementation.. Provide the professional expertise necessary to make determinations regarding patient eligibility.. Make recommendations related to the care needs regarding the clients' health and safety.. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline is required.. Must have one of the following District of Columbia certifications: LICSW, LPC, LGPC or LGSW
