Bellevue, WA Full Time Trade Compliance Manager/Supervisor Job Summary: This position manages and drives improvements for North American trade compliance for the Company and its Divisions. The successful candidate will manage a team of trade compliance professionals and service providers focused on minimizing or eliminating duty costs and trade risks and maximizing duty refunds. This role also supports the implementation of the Company's new trade compliance system, SAP GTS, and business intelligence level reporting. Job Functions / Responsibilities: Manage the international compliance team, brokers, and service providers with responsibility for US, Canada, and Mexico import and export compliance for North American divisions. Ensure business partners are meeting/exceeding established KPI's. Support SAP GTS implementation, training, and maintenance Manage USMCA program including supplier solicitations, manufactured part qualification, and USMCA government reporting requirements. Manage post entry activities including post entry corrections, protests, reconciliation, and prior disclosures. Support duty savings programs including Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback, CBSA Annex 9963, etc. Manage business intelligence reporting for logistics and customs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or International related field required. Licensed US Customs Broker required. 5 years of experience in Trade Compliance is required. Strong working knowledge of US and Canada Customs laws. Ability to manage a fast-paced, customer service-based department. Experience managing teams and service providers. Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally. Business intelligence or data analytics experience desired.
