This person will play an integral part in the smooth operation of the Company's Assisted Living division. They will directly support the President in the oversight and management of all LSL functions for WPM. They must be a mindful leader capable of teaching, coaching, and providing constructive performance feedback to their direct reports. The successful collaboration of the Director of Operations for LSL and other influential Leaders in the Company is essential to the development of new business opportunities. Substantial industry knowledge will make this candidate a Leader that's able to advise on potential Assisted Living opportunities the Company should actively pursue. Successfully managing the onsite Directors, directing Lighthouse Accounting, and coordinating completion of the annual budgeting process are key functions of this position. A thorough understanding of Assisted Living clientele is essential. This position requires successful development of client and owner relationships, and the ability to maintain WPM's emerging leadership presence within industry groups. A successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, hospitality administration, gerontology, or related field; master's degree preferred. At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a senior living environment Solid experience in scaling for growth with demonstrated commitment to quality, resident satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery. Experience as a senior leader in senior living industry or related. Experience working within a portfolio of communities and/or service lines. ALM (Assisted Living Manager) Certification preferred
