Position Summary The Sr. Director, Retention & Loyalty Marketing, Americas, is responsible for developing and activating cross-channel Marketing strategy, in order to drive greater Share of Wallet among existing consumers. In addition, she/ he is responsible for launching and growing the Loyalty program in the Americas region. The Sr. Director scope includes all activation in the Americas market, inclusive of the US, LATAM and Canada. Through their leadership in the Americas, the largest market, this teammate will play an instrumental role in influencing the resulting Global Loyalty and CRM strategy. This leader leads a multi-disciplined digital marketing team, focused on driving revenue in the region through increasing our consumer base and their engagement with the Brand. Develop Retention strategies and tactics, that will then be activated across email, SMS, retail, Shop app, retargeting infrastructure and a future loyalty program. Partners with the Marketing Analytics team to leverage data and analytics to develop deep consumer insights, and use them to continuously drive higher revenue and Share of Wallet. Partners with the Global Loyalty and Retention teams, to leverage their capabilities to drive Retention success in the Americas. She/he will be part of Americas Marketing leadership team, to plan the regional Marketing strategy with peers. Acts as partner to the head of DTC, retail and Ecomm to advance consumer retention and drive business growth. Leverages UA's Martech capabilities to drive targeting and segmentation, automation and speed to market. Deliver business growth through expanding consumer base, spend and purchase frequency levels. Develop thorough reporting capabilities for real time insight review, and quick actions to deliver on near-term and long-term KPIs. Develop the integrated email marketing calendar, to align with Go-to-market milestones and continuously optimizing in-season, based on recent performance and learnings. Own multiple regional agency relationships in regional strategic planning: build 3YP and multi yr growth and innovation roadmaps in partnership with Global. Responsible for identifying new opportunities and solutions for digital platforms through innovation, advancement and thought leadership. Develop an audience led email strategy, email journeys and trigger emails. Partner with agencies and MarTech partners, in collaboration with Global technology, to drive Retention and Loyalty. Lead the team in the day-to-day engagement with partners, setting expectations, enhancing capabilities over time, score-carding and negotiating terms. Accountable to lead the team in budget development, allocation and reconciliation to deliver annual SG&A goals. Collaborate with Americas MKTG Leadership team: Category, Revenue, Retail, Events and Americas Acquisition Leader to intake regional campaign strategies, stories, and KPIs. Lead the region in taking a consumer first approach to leverage these priorities as primary stories to retain our consumers Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) 10+ years of professional experience in Marketing, including 3-5 years in Loyalty and customer retention Experience in leading teams of 5+ marketing professionals Experience in building and leading audience-centric Retention and Loyalty programs Very strong analytical skills; Deep experience in using data and analytics to make decisions Experience in partnering with Marketing, Media and Loyalty agencies Deep understanding of Marketing technology Solid understanding of Marketing practices designed to drive Ecommerce and Retail business Strategic Planning Education And / Or Experience Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Other Requirements Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD. Return to Work Designation: 2 days per week in office, remaining days remote.
